About KJN Events
What does KJN Events do?
KJN Events is run by Keira Neal in Hertfordshire. We offer three services: event design, planning and project management from start to finish; a design concept you can take and run with yourself; and event staff on the day. You can book them on their own or together.
Where do you work?
We are based in Hertfordshire and also work across the neighbouring counties and London. Travel further afield can be arranged, so just ask.
What kinds of events do you work on?
We design and plan birthdays, family celebrations and seasonal events such as Halloween. For weddings and corporate events, we provide event staff.
Our services
What is included in event design, planning and project management?
From the first idea to the last guest leaving, we design the look and feel, shape the plan, keep track of suppliers and timings, and keep the day running to plan.
See the full list on our Services page.
What is the design concept service?
A one- to two-hour session to shape the look of your event. You receive a mood board and a theme, then plan and run the event yourself.
What does event staff cover?
Hands-on help on the day to turn your vision into the real thing: setting up, from blowing up balloons to laying tables; and clearing up afterwards.
Can I book one service without the others?
Yes. Each service can be booked on its own or together with the others.
Enquiring and booking
How do I enquire, and what happens next?
Use the enquiry form on our Contact page or email keira@kjnevents.co.uk. It helps to include your event date, the type of event and roughly how many guests you expect.
Keira will reply by email to learn more about your event and talk through what you need. After that, we can give you an estimate.
How much does it cost?
Every event is different, so we give you an estimate once we know what you need.
How far ahead should I book?
It depends on the size of your event. The earlier you get in touch, the better your chance of securing the dates and staff you need. If your event is soon, ask anyway, as we may still be able to help.
Still have a question?
Tell us a little about your event and we’ll get back to you.
